CZTV has built up a new plant specialized in ball valve with cover an area about 7000 m2.

Machining equipment, assembly line, testing equipment, painting shop are contained in this facility.

High volume machining equipment includes Multiple Spindle Machining Centers, Large Capacity CNC Machines etc. allows this facility to provide a complete series ball valve till to 36”.

Completed series ball valves with different type can be made per API 608 and API 6D. Casted or forged material, floating or trunnion mounted ball, side entry or top entry, DBB or SBB type, cryogenic service etc. are all available in our scope of supply. The capability of manufacturing is max. pressure till to CL2500 and max. size till to 36”.
